Registering for the trial gives you free access – for 30 days – to all the tools and functions of CODA 2go (Opportunity to Cash), delivered as an on-demand service by salesforce.com. Once you've registered you will receive your secure login details from salesforce.com to start your trial.
Get going with “Merlin Auto”
We’ve made it simple for you to get going and start using the functionality, by offering a trial environment pre-populated with data for a fictitious company: Merlin Auto. A full set of instructions on how to use the trial is available in the application itself. Within Merlin Auto you will be able to create and post invoices, match them with cash payments, raise credit notes and run up-to-the-minute aged debt reports.
Then try your own data
Once you’re happy using the trial in the context of Merlin Auto, you can try out the same tools using your own data and settings. Again, a guide is available in the Help section of the application for this part. In addition, if your organization already uses Salesforce, you can go a step further with the opportunity to trial CODA 2go in your real-life environment. This will give you experience of the actual benefits for your team and a head start on implementation – you can keep all the settings and data you create, if you decide to sign up for the CODA 2go service at the end of the free trial period.

You’ll find detailed help and guides within the application and over the 30 days you will have as much support as you need to ensure that you are getting the most from your free trial. Two versions of the free trial are available. One is for US companies and is set up for Sales and Use Tax, the other is set up for Value Added Tax (VAT). Once you have registered, we will check with you to confirm which version will be most relevant for your organization.
